Advice on how to send us your faulty equipment.
It is important to follow the steps below in order to get your equipment to us and your data recovered in an efficient way. Please do not send us your equipment without filling in our enquiry form or contacting us first.
- Contact us by phone or email if you are unsure of anything.
- Package your faulty equipment in adequate packaging, at the very least wrap hard drives in at least 5-6 wraps of bubble wrap and place in a sturdy box.
- Clearly display the reference number we allocate you on the exterior of the packaging so we can direct the package efficiently when it arrives at our workshop.
- Use a tracked and signed for postal service that will only deliver your parcel to us and not any "safe locations", "neighbours" or any other address.
